Bio – Sandra Selick

Director of the Teaching and Learning Center

Sandra SelickSandra has been with the Center for Teaching and Learning with Technology (formerly the Office of Educational Technology) since 1998. Sandra’s history with Fairleigh Dickinson University is long; she earned her B.S. in computer science and mathematics at FDU, as well as her M.S. in computer science. Sandra is currently the Director of the Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) which includes managing the Instructional Design Studio. In addition to her work with CTLT, Sandra is an adjunct instructor in The Gildart Hasse School of Computer Sciences and Engineering as well as teaching in the MPA program specializing in Jewish Communal Services for the Public Administration Institute. In fact, Sandra has developed a new course, the only one of its kind, titled Computer Applications and Resources for Jewish Communal Services.

Sandra manages the Instructional Design Studio as well as all of the day-to-day activities of TLC, supervises staff, and works on developing new projects, initiatives, and policies in teaching and learning with technology.
